A Perfect Renovation Project

Overview

Location: Cranbrook, Kent

Here we renovated the existing timber balcony that was very rotten. We removed the timber legs and all rotted timber; the joists were hardwood and in good condition. We kept the decking on the customer’s request, again this was also hardwood and in good condition.

We built a full Steel Framed Balcony, which was powder coated to the customer’s RAL code. We fitted our Post Balustrade system using toughened laminated safety glass which allows us to remove the handrail. A privacy screen to the side was requested along with a handrail on the stairs.

A great renovation project that will last and look good for years to come.
